As per the previous point, often the logistics of growth makes a method unappealing to me, however I do want the income streams I go after to have the potential to scale, and scale big. This means if you do discover something that makes you money, the possibility to grow it to a life changing amount of money is a reality, and you understand how this can happen.
Blogs are also another source of earning a good income from home. For starting a blog the first thing you need is a domain name and a web host. You can start for free from WordPress or Blogger. There are many web hosting services that offer reliable facilities at reasonable prices. Now create an account with any blogging website and decide on a topic to write on. Make sure you post 2-3 articles in a week and continue to do this. Remember blogging does not guarantee immediate income. You can add google AdSense to monetize your work and make money out of it.

You may not know but you can rent your website if you have a good traffic. I learned this method of making online income when I was working with a client in real estate domain. Rather than building out his website from the scratch, he rented out a website from a guy who already had the traffic, with people interested in buying a home in his local area.
Personal shoppers: If you've got an entrepreneurial spirit, you can start your own personal-shopper business. It's a service for people who are too busy to shop and will pay you to do it for them. Many personal shoppers charge a percentage of how much they spend, or simply charge by the hour. To get started, tell all your Facebook friends about your new business. You may want to set up a website, too. Plus, get business cards and hand them out to people everywhere you go.
This is something I do not recommend getting involved in unless you a) have about one year’s money stashed away or b) are willing to work to build a reputation on some of the big freelancing platforms alongside your day job which pays the bills. It will be tough to start, but with a little perseverance and good work ethic, you will begin to make money.
Do you constantly come up with witty one-liners? Do you dream of the days of Mad Men-style advertising? If you’ve got some branding chops or just come up with imaginative copy, there are lots of opportunities to make money online through company naming and slogan contests. If you think you have a knack for names check out namingforce.com and squadhelp.com. If you dream of coming up with witty copy, try coming up with company slogans on Slogan Slingers and Get a Slogan.
8. You are free – you are the one that decides when and how much to work. It you have to do some other important stuff or just take a break for a while, you are completely free to do it. However, you must put some efforts and action in order to achieve good results. You shouldn’t expect to rest, you should prepare to work hard. The truth is that it’s not that easy for a beginner, but another truth is that you will start earning if you work hard, no doubt about that.
Get-rich-quick schemes and fad weight-loss diets are naturally popular because they satisfy the id while also attending to the super-ego. The ego's job is complete when it sees something like this. The appeal of "fast'' stems from the innate desire for instant gratification, so beware of what seems too good to be true (they often are) when you're looking to make money quickly. Be wary. Listen to the conversation deep within the confines of your mind and do your best to tame the proverbial beasts.

Yaro, this is a great post! Personally, I have banners and other advertising avenues. I am surprised though that you don’t mention Adsense as it fulfills all your criteria: It is easy to set up, it is totally automated and you don’t need to do anything and it is totally passive. It will perhaps be of no use to you, but to beginners, I think it should be a good option, don’t you think?
Research other listings in your city on AirBnB and see what the going rate is for a place like yours. You could also just rent out a private room as well or even a bed in a shared room. In fact, that's how AirBnB got its start. However, you might find it hard in the beginning without reviews, but as long as you take really good care of your guests and provide a lot of value, the reviews will eventually come rolling in.
If you’re looking for more serious work, you could try your hand at a site like Upwork, where you can find bigger projects in the web and graphic design arena. Again, competition here is also fierce with many people attempting to undercut others. If you don’t have a solid portfolio and track record, you’ll find it difficult to make very much money at all.
